Justine Tunney	2bd1e72d5a	Remove garbage collector macro from header (#114) ... We can put this back the moment someone requests it. Pain-free garbage collection for the C language is pretty cool. Justine Tunney	9e3e985ae5	Make terminal ui binaries work well everywhere ... Surely a first ever achievement. Fixed many bugs.
